Signs That Your Chat Line Relationship Will Succeed

By Brad Jeffries on October 1st, 2019 in Chat Lines

Almost everyone who uses a chat line is hoping to find themselves a soulmate. The desire is so strong to find that one person, that people tend to mistake ok relationships for great ones because they are so desperate to find ‘the one.’ Sadly, soulmates are very rare. Even sadder is the fact that they are rarely found. However, soulmates do come together and find each other, we know it has happened (just look at Justin and Hailey Bieber!) and we know it has happened to you. If you are reading this article, chances are that you have found that special someone on a chat line and you are wondering if he/she is ‘the one.’ We hope, more than anything, that you have found your person. In case you are unsure, we’ve put together an extensively researched list of tell-tale signs that determine whether or not a relationship will stand the test of time.

You both compromise

People who are both willing to sacrifice for one another is a crucial element in the relationship between two soulmates. For any healthy relationship, compromise is pretty much a necessity for the vitality of the relationship; however, we see plenty of unhealthy friendships or familial relationships that flourish despite one member’s inability to compromise. Within a romantic relationship, it’s a non-negotiable. Soulmates are not necessarily people who are exactly the same, but rather complement each other in the best ways possible. When both parties are willing and able to compromise with each other, chances are the relationship is bound to last.

You have unique passions

Again, many people mistake soulmates for being two of a kind, when, in fact, most soulmates have very different passions and interests. Studies suggest that relationships involving two people with different passions (that they each pursue) last much longer than the alternative. This is due to the fact that it keeps both parties equally invested in the relationship. If one person has a passion and the other does not, the person without the passion will likely take on the passion of their partner’s or take on their partner as their passion. This often throws off the balance and invites a ton of resentment into the nature of the relationship, which does not a soulmate make.

You are best friends, even during the bad times

Life’s curveballs provide some of the best ways to determine whether or not you are with your ‘forever’ person. It’s easy to feel in love and joyous when things are going well, but when adversity hits (which it inevitably will), your partner needs to be supportive. This is true even if the adversity shows a divide in the couple’s opinions of how to handle the situation. People are, by nature, bound to disagree over some things. Disagreement within a relationship during times of adversity should remain supportive and understanding.

You fall for the flaws

People are flawed. It’s impossible to find someone who has absolutely no flaws. What separates average couples from a couple of soulmates is how the partners within the relationship feel about their lovers’ respective flaws. If you find that you are in love with your partner’s flaws as much as you are in love with their attributes, that’s a fantastic sign.

You feel accepted

This one kind of goes hand-in-hand with loving each other’s flaws. If you feel completely accepted by your partner and have no insecurities about being your true self, it’s probably because your lover has fallen for your flaws as well, allowing you to feel as if those flaws are not flaws at all! There’s nothing more liberating than being with a person who accepts you for all that you are and makes you feel comfortable being yourself. Soulmates will gift that feeling to one another.
